Kid's for Christ

Welcome everyone to the new school year for Kids for Christ. We are very excited for both the new faces and the new course materials from Answers In Genesis.

Christ is our role model and was a servant to all and teaches us to be humble servants through love and respect for every soul created by God.

Our Teachers, Mr. Phipps, Mrs. Phipps and Mrs. Miller, are looking forward to teaching you from Gods Word, the eternal truths in the Bible, that God inspired and gave to us for wisdom, guidance and comfort in our daily battles against the sin and darkness in this world.

2Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

Our class will be structured to start at 6:30 P.M. and be over at 7:50 P.M. All students will be released to their parents at the end of class or an authorized representative with signed authorization from their parents.

A short outline of our class each night is as follows:

1. Open with praise and prayer requests (parents feel free to send your prayer requests with your kids).

2. Singing praise songs to God.

3. Bible verse recitation (verses will be sent home a week ahead of time so you can help our kids can practice and memorize them).

4. Lesson time (copies will be sent home so parents can ask them what truths were learned).

5. Prayer and praise (we will take turns praying over the prayer requests and offering thanksgiving for the praises shared at the beginning of class).

6. Snack time (parents can volunteer to bring snack for 10-12 kids by signing up on the snack sign up sheet in the church lobby).

Please do not forget to bring the following things with you each Wednesday Night:

1. You.

2. A friend.

3. Your Bible and Bible verse (we will be using the New King James version of the Bible).

4. Your assignment folder given to you this evening (this will bring all assignments home and be a good spot to keep your memory verse card).
